Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email confirming your order has been processed within 3 working days.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 working days from date of order using UK Courier Delivery. You will receive an email updating you once your order has been dispatched.
We do not ship as standard outside of the United Kingdom at this time. However if you reside outside the UK and are interested in our products please email orders@optimismapparel.com and we'll provide you with a shipping estimate.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@optimismapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
